The Opportunity:


CACI is seeking a highly motivated Technician to support mission-critical efforts addressing our customer’s rapidly evolving counter–unmanned aerial system (C-UAS) challenges. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of national security, directly supporting advanced technologies designed to detect, track, and mitigate emerging aerial threats.
As part of this position, you will engage in dynamic, hands-on work across both CONUS and limited OCONUS locations, providing direct support to operational systems in real-world environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in delivering reliable, high-performance solutions to our customers.


This is a multifaceted role that spans the full lifecycle of government-furnished equipment—from installation and integration to sustainment and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hardware expertise, systems engineering insight, networking knowledge, and software troubleshooting skills to ensure mission success in complex and evolving environments.

What You’ll Get to Do: 

  • Serve as a Technician supporting installation, operations, and maintenance (O&M) activities across the Counter-RCMA mission            •
  • Support daily system operations, testing, and performance validation to ensure mission readiness  

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5 years of related experience
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision as well as with other individuals on the team when required
  • Ability to operate RF equipment, electronic troubleshooting equipment
  • Spectrum analyzers & Signal generators
  • Experience and understanding of radar systems (installation, operation, troubleshooting, or maintenance of tactical/surveillance radar systems) preferably RPS systems
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs.
  • Be climb certified or ability to become climb certified to heights up to 200 ft.
  • Understanding of basic IP network topologies and ability to resolve network issues
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time when needed


Desired skills:

  • A SECRET clearance.  As a requirement of continued employment, you may be required to obtain SECRET/TOP SECRET clearance
  • FAA Part 107 certified
  • Linux experience
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory asset tracking
  • Radar and RF signals background
  • Atlassian JIRA/Confluence experience
  • Collaborate with a high-performing technical team, contributing expertise while actively supporting and learning from teammates  
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence        
  • Travel to customer sites to perform preventative maintenance, conduct hands-on troubleshooting and corrective actions
