We are hiring for a Technical Writer / Reporting Support Analyst opportunity. Role: Technical Writer / Reporting Support Analyst Location: Remote Position: 1 • Public Trust Clearance is preferred Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer / Reporting Support Analyst with 4 to 6 years of professional technical writing experience and strong Medicare policy knowledge. The ideal candidate will have experience producing technical documentation, specifications, methodologies, research reports, or policy documentation within healthcare consulting, government, or a similarly regulated environment. The candidate should be able to interpret and summarize CMS publications and Medicare policy updates, translate complex technical and analytical concepts into clear documentation, and support reporting and publication processes. Required Skills • 4 to 6 years of professional technical writing experience • Experience producing technical documentation, specifications, methodologies, research reports, or policy documentation • Experience working in healthcare consulting, government, or a similarly regulated industry • 4 to 6 years of Medicare policy experience • Ability to interpret and summarize CMS publications, including Advanced Notices, Final Rules, Reports to Congress, and comparable regulatory guidance • Strong written communication and analytical synthesis skills • Ability to translate complex technical and analytical concepts into clear documentation • Experience maintaining documentation standards, version control, and publication processes Preferred Skills • Exceptional written communication and analytical synthesis skills • Experience documenting statistical methodologies • Experience supporting value based care initiatives • Experience with Medicare Advantage • Experience with Medicaid • Experience supporting healthcare payment models • Experience working alongside data scientists, actuaries, clinicians, or health economists • Master's degree in Public Health or Public Policy • Public Trust Clearance Key Responsibilities • Produce methodology documentation describing analytical approaches, statistical methods, and healthcare payment models • Translate complex technical concepts into presentations, white papers, Standard Operating Procedures, and decision logs • Research and summarize CMS regulations, Advanced Notices, Final Rules, Reports to Congress, Medicare policy updates, and other healthcare guidance • Interpret Medicare policy and regulatory guidance and communicate key information clearly • Develop and maintain technical documentation and supporting materials • Support reporting and documentation activities related to healthcare analytics and payment models • Maintain documentation standards and ensure consistency across deliverables • Manage version control and publication processes • Collaborate with technical and healthcare subject matter experts to develop accurate documentation • Work with data scientists, actuaries, clinicians, health economists, and other stakeholders as required • Ensure complex analytical and regulatory information is presented clearly and accurately Education Requirement • Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or a related field is preferred.
