Your dynamic and engaging training and performance improvement solutions will serve our new and existing employees and the development of our leaders. To support these audiences, you will leverage existing content and build new and varied content that may include instructor-led training (in-person and virtual), eLearning, self-paced learning, role plays, skills drills, simulations, and job aids. The Technical Training Project Manager will excel in project management, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational change management.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Able to lead both small and enterprise-reaching learning design and development efforts.
  • Able to develop rapid training project plans, functional training measures, and content delivery schedules.
  • Capable and experienced in facilitating and leading training and coaching sessions, and leading train-the-trainer sessions, scoping calls, project meetings, and other events.

  • Experience coaching and training team members on processes and system troubleshooting.
  • Experience providing feedback for command media (standard operating procedures, processes, checklists).
  • Ability to interpret policies, SOPs, and quality requirements and convert them into clear, actionable training.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, including via virtual communication tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
