Distributed Solutions, Inc. (DSI) is seeking a highly motivated Technical Trainer professional with an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance to join our growing organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Collect and analyze work procedures, workflows, and reports to identify training needs
- Design and deliver training sessions on company-specific software applications
- Develop and maintain user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other training materials
- Create web-based training (WBT) modules, video tutorials, and SOP scripts using Adobe Captivate
- Ensure training programs adhere to organizational standards and legal regulations
- Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs based on feedback and client needs
- Stay current with industry trends through workshops, courses, and publications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful training execution
- Research and recommend systems and tools to optimize training processes
- Curate and maintain a comprehensive library of training resources and track employee progress
- Conduct training through various formats, including webinars, one-on-one sessions, and video conferences
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve training goals and support ongoing development efforts
Required Experience:- Bachelor's degree in computer education or a similar field
- 3 to 5 years of related experience
- Proven record of people skills
- Understanding of operational programs
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must
- Leadership skills are a plus
- Must have an active TS/SCI with a polygraph ONLY; all others need not apply
Distributed Solutions, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $140,000-$165,000.
