Technical Trainer I - ZYNYour day-to-day:- Coordinate and administer training programs for Manufacturing and Operations employees.
- Maintain training records, schedules, materials, and documentation in compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
- Align training plans with business needs, regulatory requirements, and employee development objectives.
- Partner with managers, trainers, and vendors to coordinate training logistics and delivery.
- Monitor training effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain skills matrices, competency records, and training materials for production personnel.
- Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance related to training and competency management.
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing procedures, work instructions, and QMS documentation.
- Support enhancements and ongoing administration of the learning management system.
- Develop and maintain staffing and workforce scale-up plans to support operational readiness and capacity needs.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability requirements.
- Complete all required training and maintain qualifications in accordance with applicable qualification standards.
Who we're looking for:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, quality, training, or a related environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Annual Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
