Your contributions are...
- Develop analytics to combine, normalize, and enrich large data sets
- Design and implement ETL workflows to convert and normalize data
- Augment the platform with new tools and technologies to support evolving mission needs
- Gather stakeholder requirements, assess available data, and develop solutions for delivering key metrics
- Break down technical efforts into actionable tasks and remove obstacles to support consistent team execution
- Define and communicate task scope through clear documentation and tracking systems
- Integrate site reliability engineering practices into the operational platform
- Mentor and guide junior software engineers and data scientists
- Develop project management materials, including agendas, meeting notes, and design decision records

Requirements for your new career...
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)
- 12 years of experience in Software Engineering
- Experience leading technical teams
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale platforms
- Strong Java development skills
- Experience with service containerization and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence
- Experience or exposure to site reliability engineering (SRE) principles
- Familiarity with customer authentication and authorization platforms and standards
- Familiarity with Git for software version control
- Effective interpersonal skills for collaborating across diverse backgrounds and skill sets
- Customer-service mindset with a willingness to contribute to internal and customer-facing documentation

Salary range: $170,000 - $240,000
