Everforth ECS is seeking a Technical Team Lead to work at our Arlington, VA office.

Everforth ECS seeks a dynamic, experienced, and enthusiastic Technical Team Lead to provide team coordination, project reporting, and team enablement. We are seeking a creative servant leader who enjoys the challenge of supporting a technical team, accountability for the day-to-day success of the project, leveraging past technical experiences, and connecting dots while providing broader strategic support. A strong desire and aptitude for learning is a must with a proven ability to adapt and drive change. Our solution is rapidly evolving, along with new requirements, technologies, and the threat landscape. Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience developing code or engineering technical solutions in an agile, fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a solid understanding of application architecture, development practices, execution of lifecycle delivery and support services, including SecDevOps and the integration of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide team management, influence through servant leadership. Has analytical, organizational, and design skills.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a team of roughly 10 members, operating in an agile development environment to conduct end-to-end product planning, design, development, testing, delivery, operations and maintenance
  • Serve as a confidant and proactive coordinator, ensuring the customer, and all members of the team are in the know and are enabled to produce their best deliver premier services to the customer
  • Execute an effective customer satisfaction and client management strategy, including routine customer meetings, deliverables, and activities to ensure effective risk and quality management
  • Leverage exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to relate to people at all levels of an organization and navigate strong personalities using excellent communication skills
  • Enjoy mentoring and coaching junior level resources, and supporting and/or leading various technical design and delivery initiatives

Salary Range: $170,000-$190,000

  • 8+ years experience using Agile and SecDevOps practices and tools to iteratively and rapidly deliver secure enterprise scale solutions.
  • 5+ years experience leading technical analysis and solution development efforts, including evaluating new methodologies and technologies, make recommendations that meet requirements and optimally deliver technical capabilities that match business needs (reliability, performance, maintainability, scalability, security, usability) on projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
  • 3+ years experience working with Customer Experience / Human Centered Design experts to deliver customer-focused, effective solutions
  • 5+ years experience iteratively building and deploying web-based applications and data platforms (e.g. Python/Django with a JavaScript front end and a government / enterprise design system)
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in an Agile team environment; Experience leading technical delivery efforts, including task identification, decomposition, delegation and monitoring.
  • 5+ years experience designing and implementing solutions to include consideration of Federal Security requirements (i.e. compliance with Federal ATO requirements across all security domains, including identity integration)
  • 7+ years experience with Git-based and/or other source code management solutions
  • Experience delivering web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA / Section 508) on public-facing applications
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
