Responsibilities Noblis is seeking a Technical Targeting Analyst IV to support our customer in Chantilly VA. The Technical Targeting Analyst will serve as the principal authority for AI-enabled targeting methodologies and intelligence-driven data analysis. Leverages advanced data exploitation methodologies, artificial intelligence tools, and machine learning workflows to identify, assess, and develop actionable intelligence leads against high-value threat networks. Ingests massive volumes of disparate datasets (including network telemetry, cyber forensics, and open-source intelligence) and utilizes AI-driven analytics to automate pattern-of-life analysis and isolate target vulnerabilities. Operates at the intersection of intelligence tradecraft and data science, partnering with engineering teams to optimize analytical models, ensure ethical data validation, and translate complex algorithmic findings into strategic briefings and operational targeting packages. Required Qualifications 37US Citizenship is required 37Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph. 37Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in intelligence analysis, data science, cybersecurity, or a related field, with demonstrated expertise in AI-enabled targeting methodologies and intelligence-driven data analysis. 37Proficiency in advanced analytical techniques, intelligence collection methodologies, and data exploitation tools, with strong knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven analytical frameworks. 37Excellent critical thinking, investigative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and manage complex analytics projects across operational environments.
