ResponsibilitiesThe Technical Targeting Analyst (TTA) will provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. You will provide technical expertise, recommendations, and briefings to senior leadership on your target(s) of interest. Success requires creativity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset focused on mission execution. You are expected to positively support a blended team environment through excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Mustpossessan active, current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph;
- Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4additionalyears of relevant technical experience may be accepted as equivalent;
- 6+ years of experience working in three or more of the following: analysis, network engineering, network security, offensive experience, technical collection, penetration testing, red teaming, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, and computer exploitation;
- 3+ cumulative years of experience collection capabilities and dissemination systems;
- Experience analyzing current andemergingintelligence issues, and creating intelligence reports;
- Demonstrated experience with technical targeting tools and the ability to research, define, and develop the approach for follow-on actions;
- Demonstrated organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements with minimal oversight
Desired Qualifications:
- 11+ years of experience working in three or more of the following: analysis, network engineering, network security, offensive experience, technical collection, penetration testing, red teaming, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, and computer exploitation;
- 7+ cumulative years of experience collection capabilities and dissemination systems;
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams within the customer space

Target Salary Range$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individuals experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
