Role Overview:
The Technical Talent Acquisition Partner will help Genesys compete for high-impact technical talent. This role combines technical recruiting expertise, proactive sourcing, and AI proficiency to identify and engage talent across product engineering, professional services, and IT. You will partner with technical leaders to turn complex hiring needs into focused talent strategies, using market intelligence and recruiting data to influence decisions. Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end recruiting strategies for technical roles across North America
Build high-quality technical talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, referrals, professional communities, and targeted outreach
Source passive candidates using Boolean search, Findem.ai, LinkedIn, talent databases, social platforms, and other advanced sourcing techniques
Apply AI tools to improve talent research, sourcing, market mapping, candidate engagement, and recruiting productivity
Partner with technical leaders to define talent profiles, advise on market conditions, and develop strategies for difficult-to-fill roles
Use recruiting analytics, pipeline data, and market intelligence to identify gaps and continuously improve hiring outcomes
Deliver a compelling candidate experience that helps Genesys attract highly sought-after technical talent
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of technical recruiting experience, including proactive sourcing and hiring of passive candidates
Recruiting experience within a SaaS company or comparable cloud software environment
Proven experience sourcing, engaging, and hiring specialized AI talent
Proven experience hiring across software engineering, cloud, data, product, or related technical disciplines
Proficiency with AI tools and their practical application to recruiting, sourcing, research, or talent intelligence
Strong expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn, talent mapping, social sourcing, and targeted candidate outreach
Proven ability to partner with technical leaders and influence recruiting strategy and hiring decisions
Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruiting analytics, and pipeline data to manage hiring activity
Strong communication, judgment, and commitment to inclusive recruiting practices
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced expertise in technical talent intelligence, competitor mapping, and passive candidate research
Experience evaluating or adopting AI-enabled recruiting and sourcing tools
Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$65,300.00 - $114,700.00Benefits:
