Meta is seeking a Technical Supply Chain Specialist to lead the development and implementation of automation solutions for Supply Chain and drive end-to-end supply chain efficiency. This role involves leveraging technical and functional expertise for our Infrastructure Supply Chain & Engineering team, bringing thought leadership, and strategic influence to identify and solve problems through designing systems and building solutions across various functions and technologies. Responsibilities

Serve as the technical subject matter expert, focusing on architecting PLM and MDM solutions to build a robust data foundation for supply chain,engineering and external functions
• Identify business needs and translate them into specific data requirements. Propose and implement solutions within the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and MDM (Master Data Management) systems to address those needs and optimize business opportunities
• System design and solution development in PLM, MDM to enable scalable product data model for Infrastructure that enables seamless integration across supply chain,manufacturing,sourcing and finance
• Lead end-to-end PLM/MDM technical solution implementation ,including process & data mapping,solution design, configuration,testing and deployment
• Define, configure and optimize item structure, product specification and lifecycle management for Data Center Supply Chain to manage broad and complex product models
• Own configuration, technical design and product roadmap for PLM & MDM systems
• Collaborate with business and Enterprise Product team to architect solution for master data ,attributes through a combination through a combination of software development and 3rd party solutions in PLM/MDM( Oracle Fusion,Teamcentre,Windchill)
• Collaborate with Data Stewards to define and enforce data standards, governance and policies
• Implement processes to monitor, measure, and improve master data quality (e.g., dashboards, metrics)
• Work with cross-functional organizations and platforms to analyze and qualify problems through advanced data analysis techniques
• Influence solution technology strategy across 3rd party and custom-coded technologies to establish the future state Supply Chain technology architecture
• Integrate the solutions within end to end upstream and downstream Meta processes and tools, through APIs, web services, and other integration technologies
• Own full technical solution and software implementation cycle from prototyping, technical design & development, testing and delivery
• Contribute to the organization through efforts to build and sustain collaborative teams through recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and/or development programs

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering related to supply chain solutions in PLM and MDM
• Experience in coding & scripting languages such as Python, Java, C, C++, PHP
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain technical solution development, including supply chain optimization and automation across PLM and MDM domains OR 4+ years of experience with a PhD
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in architecting, designing, developing, testing, and implementing supply chain solutions - both custom and 3rd party
• Hands-on experience in solution development in PLM,MDM and Configuring 3rd Party Applications( Oracle Fusion,Teamcenter,Windchill) and implementing with an in-depth knowledge in end-to-end supply chain to support automations and transformations
• Executive communication experience, working with different functions and leadership to ensure progress on goals
• Demonstrated experience of influencing various stakeholders to align on direction and accountability to solve complex manufacturing and supply chain problems
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications
• APICS Certification Preferred: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM). Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
