Minimum Requirements and Qualifications A suitable background would be a solid experience within the following qualifications and experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum five (5) years of production experience in manufacturing.
- Minimum five (5) years of supervisory or technical lead experience.
- Experience in injection molding or plastics manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated technical experience leading Blow Molding operations and equipment, including IMPCO B-30, Sterling, Graham, and Cincinnati machines, with experience in continuous extrusion heads and accumulators.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead and work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform essential job functions and
