Job Description:
Responsible for leading that group's Quality, Technical or Planning (QTP) Specialists.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Recruiting and training and mentoring of QTP Specialists
Forecasting needs of the Project and Platform teams based upon Client PDP deliverables.
Balance staffing of Platform and Project Teams by deploying QTP Specialists according to needs and skills of the specialist.
The QTP Specialist's primary interface is with the Project and Platform/Modules CVE, Quality, Cost, Technical, *Planning (QCTP) Manager and Project Management Office (PMO) QTP Manager
