Position Overview:
The Technical Specialist is responsible for coordinating and supporting the resolution of vehicle-level technical issues, managing Bill of Material (BOM) accuracy, and driving the implementation of engineering changes across cross-functional teams.
This role ensures alignment between design, manufacturing, and program management functions to support product integrity, build readiness, and launch timing throughout all development phases-from prototype through Start of Production (SOP).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Understanding of BOM structure
Familiarity with CAD software such as Teamcenter
Ability to analyze technical discrepancies and support resolution planning.
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
Experience managing technical documentation and cross-functional coordination.
