Job Description:

The Impact You'll Make

You will play a key role in keeping mission-critical cooling systems running efficiently by supporting Danfoss Turbocor® oil-free centrifugal compressors. Your expertise will directly help customers reduce energy consumption, improve system reliability, and advance more sustainable buildings and industries.

Based in Tallahassee, Florida, you'll work at the intersection of engineering, field service, and customer partnership-solving complex technical challenges and sharing insights that improve product quality and performance globally.

Through your work with OEMs, end users, and internal teams, you'll influence product innovation while building strong, trust-based relationships that make Danfoss a preferred partner in sustainable cooling solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Diagnose compressor and system issues using operational data and logs to restore performance and prevent future failures
  • Deliver expert technical support to OEMs and end users on-site and remotely to ensure uptime and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with quality and engineering teams by documenting field insights and escalating trends to improve products
  • Review warranty claims and incident reports to determine root causes and support fair, data-driven decisions
  • Create clear technical documentation and reports to support service teams and improve knowledge across the organization
