Job Description

The Technical Service Manager, Electric Actuation provides leadership and technical expertise for electric actuation field service operations. This role supports customers, sales, and operations teams by overseeing service execution, troubleshooting technical issues, developing service proposals, and ensuring safe, efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead field service activities for electric actuation products and systems.
  • Evaluate customer sites and develop scopes of work and service quotations.
  • Coordinate field personnel, equipment, and project schedules.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers and internal teams.
  • Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities and deliver technical solutions.

This position operates in both office and industrial field environments. Regular customer site visits and travel are required, with overnight travel up to 50% as business needs dictate.
