Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams on AI-centric projects.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate efforts across engineering, data, and DevOps teams.
• Refine product backlogs with clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee workflow tracking using Jira/GitLab, ensuring sprint metrics are consistent.
• Encourage collaboration among teams during code reviews via GitLab and GitHub.
• Identify and resolve dependencies, risks, and impediments.
• Communicate project progress and challenges to leadership and stakeholders.
