Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong knowledge and proven experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Experience in cloud-native, AI/ML, or distributed agent-based systems.
• Proficiency with Jira for managing backlogs and tracking workflows.
• Experience with GitLab and GitHub for version control and CI/CD processes.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into user stories and sprint tasks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Agile metrics for continuous improvement.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with emerging AI technologies.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for teams developing AI agentic architectures.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Coordinate work across engineering, data science, and DevOps teams.
• Maintain and refine product backlogs with clear requirements.
• Oversee Agile workflows using Jira/GitLab for tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for code reviews and CI/CD.
• Track dependencies, risks, and impediments for resolution.
• Communicate project progress and risks to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement using Agile metrics.
• Guide teams in modern AI/ML and multi-agent workflows in AWS.
