Responsibilities- Lead Agile product teams within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
- Provide technical leadership to ensure alignment with client needs, program goals, and delivery timelines.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and PI events.
- Track and report Agile metrics, including velocity, burn-downs, and delivery performance.
- Identify, manage, and remove team impediments and blockers to support continuous delivery.
- Support release planning, system design, and system implementation activities.
- Ensure team performance and accountability for delivery of documented deliverables.
- Create meeting agendas and track action items to closure.
- Facilitate clear communication across teams and provide regular updates to leadership, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present status briefings on product and delivery progress.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple organizations.
- Assist program and quality leadership with the creation of contract and program deliverable documentation.
QualificationsRequired- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
- 3+ years of experience managing projects with multiple competing priorities.
- 3+ years of experience managing IT projects using Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, software engineering, or IT systems/network architecture supporting enterprise solutions.
- Strong ability to work with technically and geographically diverse teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional team environments while meeting aggressive timelines and quality standards.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of related professional experience.
Desired- Experience working in a SAFe environment.
- Background in systems analysis.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.
- Familiarity with network and IT monitoring concepts.
- Experience using or supporting tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, or Tableau.
- ITIL v4 Certification.
