We're seeking a motivated
Territory Sales Representative to drive growth, build relationships, and expand our market presence.
What You'll Do
- Grow sales and hit targets by developing strong partnerships with contractors, distributors, specifiers, and key influencers.
- Promote innovation by introducing and demonstrating our latest tile and flooring solutions through jobsite visits, hands-on demos, and professional presentations.
- Generate new business with specifications, cold calls, and contractor engagement.
- Strengthen relationships with key customers and prospects, ensuring outstanding service.
- Plan and execute territory sales strategies and budgets for sustainable growth.
- Leverage technology with daily Salesforce CRM updates to manage pipelines and activities.
- Support quality assurance by reporting product feedback and coordinating solutions with our Technical Service team.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience in construction materials, adhesives, flooring, or related industries.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a track record of growing business.
- Confidence in presenting and demonstrating products in both technical and hands-on settings.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and territory management skills.
- Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus).
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years outside sales experience with proven success;
- Extensive experience with Tile and Stone Installation Systems including tiles adhesives, tiles grouts, thin-sets and subfloor preparation in commercial & residential applications
- Ability to conduct effective product presentations and hands-on demonstrations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 package as well as Salesforce CRM.
- Understanding of architectural specifications and construction design elements
- High level of personal motivation and strong business integrity.
- Adaptability to relate to and interact with customers and business influencers.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Willing to travel up to posted geographic amount, with some overnight stays;
