We are seeking a Technical Sales Consultant to support our Vehicle Weighing division across Washington and Oregon region. In this role, you will collaborate closely with your sales manager and technical application consultants to deliver exceptional value to our defined accounts.
As a Solutions Consultant, you will provide end-to-end consultation across the Vehicle Weighing Ecosystem, offering comprehensive services including service contracts and individual services while managing a full suite of products such as weighbridges, sensor networks, software, automation solutions, and the necessary infrastructure tailored to each project's scope. Additional responsibilities:
- Work to meet annual targets by actively collaborating with sales manager in account selection process
- Travel throughout assigned territory both collaboratively with sales manager(s) and technical application consultants, and independently to call on regular and prospective customers
- Active Business Development focusing on building engagement plans to grow market share and expand territories
- Professionally manage and expand key accounts through key account management techniques helping customers increase efficiency and reduce waste in there weighing processes.
- Actively participate in bi-weekly pipeline reviews and penetration plan reviews.
- Work with sales manager to develop comprehensive territory review at least once per year.
- Actively work to understand our data systems, rules, and areas for improvement in order to improve the quality and completeness of data within the CRM.
What You Need to Succeed
- Any engineering education preferred along with recommended industrial sales experience.
- Highly organized, excel at planning and executing customer-facing events.
- Self-starter with strong organization, prioritization and time management skills.
