The Technical Recruiter is expected to independently manage competing priorities, maintain momentum across multiple searches, and adjust recruiting strategies as business needs change. • Conduct recruiter screens and evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, technical requirements, motivation, and overall fit. Provides clear and objective candidate feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Proactively communicate and report on search progress, pipeline health, challenges, and recommended adjustments to hiring managers and stakeholders. Maintains accurate candidate records, pipeline activity, recruiting metrics, and documentation in the ATS.
  • Advise hiring managers on candidate availability, market conditions, compensation expectations, and sourcing challenges.
  • Maintain consistent recruiting activity and momentum across assigned searches, identifying and addressing delays or obstacles before they impact hiring timelines.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of Lyntris, its mission, technology, and opportunities in order to effectively represent the company to candidates.
