Job Requirements Seeking a strong Technical Project Manager with experience managing Snowflake migration/modernization and knowledge of AI/GenAI.
This is not a traditional PM role-the candidate must understand technical discussions and work closely with architects, data engineers, AI engineers, and business teams. The primary focus is managing the technical delivery of autonomous AI agents using Snowflake Cortex AI.
- Key Responsibilities Lead technical delivery of Snowflake and Cortex AI initiatives from design through deployment. Manage Snowflake migration/modernization planning, dependencies, testing, and deployment.
- Coordinate Snowflake architects, data engineers, AI/ML engineers, and other technical teams.
- Manage technical scope, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate development and integration of AI agents using Snowflake Cortex AI with enterprise data and applications. Establish AI evaluation frameworks for accuracy, quality, reliability, and hallucination rates. Manage AI monitoring, tracing, observability, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) checkpoints.
- Ensure security, compliance, privacy, and AI governance requirements are addressed.
- Drive testing, production readiness, deployment, and stabilization. Provide technical status, risks, and dependency updates to leadership. Required Skills 8+ years of Technical Project/Program Management experience.
- Experience managing Snowflake migration or modernization projects. Strong understanding of Snowflake, cloud data platforms, data engineering, ETL/ELT, and data integration. Understanding of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
- Experience working with technical architects and engineering teams.
- Understanding of AI evaluation, monitoring, tracing, and governance. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to understand and manage technical discussions-not just schedules and status.
- Preferred Skills Snowflake Cortex AI / Cortex Agents experience.
- Experience with autonomous/agentic AI projects. AI evaluation and observability experience. MCP (Model Context Protocol) knowledge. AWS or Azure experience.
- Life Sciences / Healthcare / Pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Experience with regulated data, HIPAA, PHI/PII, or similar compliance requirements.
- Snowflake certification. Ideal Candidate A technically strong PM who can bridge technical architecture and project execution, understands Snowflake migration, and can manage delivery of a Cortex AI/autonomous AI agent platform.
