SUMMARY

Q2 is seekinga detail-orientedTechnical Project Managertocarry outQ2s FraudIntelligenceimplementationsforfinancial institutions.

This person willinterfacedirectly withour customers,coordinateandexecutetechnical tasks, anddevelop processes thatinform and improve the onboarding experience.

You must bean effective communicatorand a proactive self-starter who canoperateeffectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.

This work is performedoutof our Q2 offices and does not require travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and execute high volume of customer implementations; including direct FI coordination, technical tasks, educating clients on the product and configuration options and issue triage.
  • Maintain clear records of FI project timelines and issues: manage project dates to inform financial and capacity forecasting; anticipate and mitigate risks as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, ensuring swift resolution through coordination with engineering, support, and success teams.
  • Design and execute implementation plans and documentation to deploy Q2 solutions.
  • Continuously improve workflows and documentation to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Ensure clear communication across teams and levels of leadership, providing updates, escalations, and recommendations when needed.


EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • 3+ years with advance degree or 5+ years with undergraduate degree in relevant field (e.g. technical project management, partner operations, or platform support).
  • Attention to detail, exceptional follow-through, the ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including experience working with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to remain calm, diplomatic, and cooperative under stressful conditions
  • Experience building documentation and client-facing materials.
  • Experience using project management and support tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software architecture and methodologies, SaaS environments, APIs, and technical integration workflows a plus.
  • Preferred background in fintech, banking technology, or developer-focused platforms.

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
