  • Ensure project decisions, requirements, and delivery commitments are clearly documented.

Platform Infrastructure Delivery
  • Support projects across cloud and on-premises infrastructure, compute, storage, networking, identity and access, observability, automation, and shared platform services.
  • Coordinate technical delivery activities across infrastructure domain, application, security, and operations teams.
  • Support launch planning for new infrastructure capabilities, migrations, upgrades, lifecycle refreshes, and major releases.
  • Coordinate operational readiness activities, including testing, deployment and cutover planning, support coverage, monitoring, documentation, and handoffs to operations teams.
  • Support readiness planning for business-critical launches, peak events, disaster recovery exercises, and continuity initiatives.
  • Help ensure changes are aligned with established release, change management, security, compliance, and production support processes.

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Serve as a central project coordination point between infrastructure teams and business stakeholders.
  • Partner with infrastructure engineering leads and technology service owners to translate requirements and priorities into executable project plans.
  • Coordinate dependencies between Platform Infrastructure and adjacent teams such as Cloud, Security, Enterprise Applications, Data, Workplace Technology, Network Operations, and Digital Operations.
  • Work with external vendors and technology partners to track deliverables, dependencies, and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate timely decisions by ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into project status, risks, technical constraints, and open questions.

Portfolio Management Partnership & Reporting
  • Partner with the Portfolio Management team to ensure infrastructure project schedules, status, milestones, and risks are accurately reflected in portfolio planning and reporting.
  • Provide project-level updates and delivery forecasts for portfolio and leadership reviews.
  • Support intake and planning activities by providing project scope, sequencing, capacity, dependency, and delivery information.
  • Maintain accurate project information across Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Airtable, or similar tools.
  • Prepare concise status reports, dashboards, and leadership updates.

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
  • Proactively identify and track project risks, issues, dependencies, resource constraints, and service impacts.
  • Drive follow-up and resolution of open actions across participating teams.
  • Maintain risk, issue, and decision logs and ensure appropriate escalation.
  • Coordinate mitigation and contingency plans for critical milestones, maintenance windows, cutovers, and launches.
  • Support retrospectives and post-implementation reviews to identify opportunities for process, reliability, and execution improvements.
