As we continue to expand, we are seeking a
Technical Project Manager with strong mechanical/industrial engineering experience to lead complex customer projects for our advanced aerospace test systems.
Responsibilities- Translate complex customer requirements and sales input into clear technical and commercial project definitions
- Plan project timelines and resources closely with Lead Engineers and technical specialists
- Own the full project lifecycle from concept to final approval with the customers
- Lead customer communication and ensure all PDR, CDR, V&V activities and approval milestones are professionally prepared and executed
- Report directly to the Managing Director with clear updates on progress, risks and decisions
Requirements- Degree, in Aerospace Systems Engineering, Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related technical field
- Proven experience in managing complex technical projects (f.e. industrial machinery, custom equipment, automation systems or test benches)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, mechanical assemblies and industrial hardware
- Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2) is a strong advantage
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex customer projects
- Skilled in building agreements and maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Additional languages, especially German, are an advantage
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable working hands-on with real hardware and equipment
