Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of software development projects from conception through to completion. In this role, you will guide cross-functional teams, manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, and drive Agile/Scrum execution. You'll also serve as a technical leader-helping your team solve challenges, align on best practices, and continuously improve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project management for software development initiatives
  • Create detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, resources, risks, and timelines
  • Manage Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprints, backlog grooming, retrospectives)
  • Provide mentorship and direction to a small development team
  • Monitor budgets and ensure projects stay on track financially
  • Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Champion quality assurance and adherence to development best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement and process optimization
  • Offer technical insight and support in resolving development roadblocks
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management or a similar role
  • Proven success managing software projects using Agile/Scrum frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello)

  • Experience working with development teams and technical platforms

  • Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
