Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of software development projects from conception through to completion. In this role, you will guide cross-functional teams, manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, and drive Agile/Scrum execution. You'll also serve as a technical leader-helping your team solve challenges, align on best practices, and continuously improve.

Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project management for software development initiatives
- Create detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, resources, risks, and timelines
- Manage Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprints, backlog grooming, retrospectives)
- Provide mentorship and direction to a small development team
- Monitor budgets and ensure projects stay on track financially
- Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders
- Champion quality assurance and adherence to development best practices
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization
- Offer technical insight and support in resolving development roadblocks
What You Bring- 5+ years of experience in technical project management or a similar role
- Proven success managing software projects using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working with development teams and technical platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
- PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is an asset
Technical Environment (Preferred Experience With):- Node.js, TypeScript, Angular, Express.js
- Microsoft SQL Server, SQLite
- API development and real-time communication tools (e.g., Socket.IO)
- Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
