Technical Project Manager | Day-to-Day- Lead complex technology programs and strategic initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
- Partner with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and product teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination while proactively identifying opportunities to drive additional business value beyond defined project scope.
- Drive Agile delivery practices across cross-functional teams, facilitating planning sessions, prioritization discussions, status reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with AI, Cloud, DevOps, and engineering teams to support the delivery of modern technology solutions that enhance business capabilities and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor program health, delivery metrics, and organizational impacts while identifying emerging technologies, process improvements, and innovation opportunities that support future business strategy.
Technical Project Manager | Skills & Experience- 7+ years of experience in Technical project Management, Project Management, Digital Transformation, or enterprise technology delivery roles.
- Experience leading AI-driven initiatives, including projects involving Generative AI, machine learning, automation, analytics, or intelligent business solutions.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, release management, Agile delivery, software development lifecycles, and engineering collaboration.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including cloud modernization, infrastructure, application delivery, or cloud-enabled transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions, align cross-functional teams, and proactively identify opportunities for additional business value.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and portfolio delivery tools, including Jira, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, or similar program management platforms.
