Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Remote

Summary:
The Technical Project Manager will focusing on Device Management, data analysis, and project communication/reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Project Management for Device Management.
  • Create executive-level presentations (e.g., in Microsoft PowerPoint) and confidently present to leadership.
  • Accountable to deliver timely, effective, easily understandable, concise project deliverables including detailed project work plans, presentations, budget reviews, cross-project dependencies, risks analyses and mitigation, strategies, stakeholder coordination and status communication.
  • Analyze data related to device management and translate into actionable plans and tasks.
  • Clearly communicate and document processes and updates to the team, vendors, and partners.
  • Able to work independently but also with the team for making good decisions.
  • Manage changes and demonstrate flexibility to the project scope and project schedule.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Communicate project expectations, risks, and escalations across all levels of the organization.
  • Effectively deliver successful project to completion on-time and within budget.
  • Effectively manage project scope, schedule, and budgets, while proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Apply varying methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), types, and sizes, ensuring objectives and project deliverables are accomplished according to plan.
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in business, computer science preferred or other technical field or appropriate work experience 10+ years of applicable experience in a technology environment, preferably for a large company.
  • Project Management skills in terms of reporting, tracking, and communication.
  • Background supporting device management programs (laptops and mobile devices).
  • Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet and the broader Microsoft 365 toolset
  • Must have Excel Expertise (analyzing multiple data sets, Vlookup, Pivots, Charts and calculations).
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, as well as strong and consistent attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively summarize status and communicate with senior leadership.
  • Experience with varying methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Demonstrated project management experience with large projects, organizational skills, and an ability to maintain and create standards.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision; must be a self-motivated self-starter who can initiate ideas and take ownership of work.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and projects and forecast upcoming project needs.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, as well as strong and consistent attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented with initiative to work until job is complete.
