Job Summary:

This role will work on a team of software developers, business analysts, quality assurance, functional design, and various members to manage project work to successful completion. This individual will be responsible for leading development discussion and overseeing customer's needs to strive to build and maintain strong delivery as well as ensure client expectations are successfully met.

Job Duties:
  • Guides, manages and assists in multiple project-level efforts to apply, roll-out, configure various changes within multiple methodologies
  • Performs gap and data analysis in support of identifying improvement opportunities
  • Leads meetings, creates user stories and discovery workshops for custom IT solutions
  • Conducts current state assessments of business processes and supporting systems
  • Acts as liaison between change requester and development team. Addresses development team needs efficiently and effectively; creates release timelines and plans; coaches' team on solution delivery and risk mitigation
  • Leads, coaches and educates the team in applying concepts and principles and staying focused on quality, predictability, flow and velocity of development
  • Facilitates meetings by providing functional clarification and setting delivery expectations with team and client while also managing budget
  • Supports the projects on-time delivery, finds and eliminates impediments, actively addresses issues, and builds a high-performing, continuous improvement team environment
  • Manages all time input and billing activities ensuring completion in a timely manner
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education:
  • High School Diploma/GED AND six (6) or more years of industry experience with technology solutions, required; OR
  • Bachelor's degree AND six (4) or more years of industry experience with technology solutions, required

Experience:
  • Four (4) or more years comprehensive project management experience including the management of budgets, risks, resources, scope, issues, changes and quality, required
  • Experience with business process mapping, preferred

License(s)/Certification(s):
  • PMP, preferred

Software:
  • Experience with one (1) or more of the following solutions, required:
    • Custom Application Development
    • Data analytics
    • Enterprise Business Applications (ERP, CRM, or HCM)
    • Microsoft 365
    • Cybersecurity
  • MS Project, Jira, Viso, or any other project mapping tool, preferred

Language(s):
  • N/A

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to lead and facilitate client workshops and sessions
  • Comfortable engaging with clients on multiple implementations at the same time
  • Knowledge of change management activities

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills

  • Excels at operating in a fast-paced technical environment

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.

National Range: $95,000 - $125,000
Maryland Range: $95,000 - $125,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $95,000 - $125,000
