  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze sensor fusion approaches
  • Track industry trends, regulations, and standards related to ADAS
  • Support vehicle level verification, validation, and tuning of sensor hardware

FORVIA - HELLA is seeking its next great Technical Project Engineer- ADAS (Radar) to join our growing ADAS team. The primary function of thisposition will be to partner with internal and external stakeholders to drivedevelopment of our next generation product design. Daily Responsibilities
  • Evaluate state of the art radar systems for current and future state product models
  • Analyze emerging radar technologies (e.g., MIMO, SAR, 4D imaging radar, AI-based radar processing)
  • Define system architecture, performance requirements, and specifications for short-, mid-, and long-range automotive radar sensors
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and partners to analyze sensor fusion approaches combining radar with camera, lidar, or ultrasonic sensors
  • Track industry trends, regulations, and standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262, FMVSS127, UNECE ADAS requirements)
  • Support for vehicle level verification, validation, and tuning of sensor hardware

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar (Masters Preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in ADAS systems (5+ years and / or Radar experience is a plus)
