• We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead execution of a large-scale, multi-tenant, cloud-based data platform enabling collaboration across enterprise teams, customers, and partners.
• The role will drive end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams, including data platform modernization, data governance and security, lab data ingestion and integration, application enablement, and customer onboarding

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

1. Program Leadership & Multi-Stream Execution

- Lead end-to-end execution of a large-scale data platform program across multiple tracks including data platform modernization, multi-tenant enablement, governance, integrations, and applications

- Coordinate across parallel workstreams with interdependencies and ensure seamless delivery

2. Program Planning & Roadmap Management

- Develop and manage integrated program plans including milestones, dependencies, and deliverables

- Track progress across key initiatives such as platform setup, multi-tenant enablement, data governance, and onboarding processes

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Act as central coordination point across engineering, infrastructure, security, application, and business teams

- Ensure alignment across stakeholders and drive cross-team execution
• 4. Semiconductor Domain & Lab Data Understanding

Leverage understanding of lab data types such as runs, recipes, metrology, and sensors

- Drive execution of data ingestion and automation pipelines across multiple systems

Key Responsibilities:

5. Multi-Tenant & Data Platform Governance Execution

- Oversee tenant onboarding workflows and lifecycle management

- Ensure effective data segregation, classification, and access control models

- Coordinate implementation of data security, encryption, and compliance requirements

6. Risk, Dependency & Issue Management

- Identify and manage cross-stream dependencies and risks impacting delivery

- Drive mitigation plans and escalation management

7. Delivery Governance & Reporting

- Establish program governance structure with regular reviews and reporting

- Provide executive-level status updates including progress, risks, and mitigation actions

8. Multi-Partner Collaboration & Customer Enablement

- Drive execution of onboarding workflows and collaboration processes

- Ensure delivery of secure data sharing capabilities and compliance requirements

Salary Range: $82,000 - $130000 a year
