Full Job Description
JOB SUMMARY Hyve Solutions is looking for Technical Program Manager (TPM) to be a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven program management skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities day to day operations of the IT products being processed. I. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) • Manage cross-function engineering development covering a wide range of engineering disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, thermal, software, firmware, factory NPI builds from Server PCBA, L10 System to Rack L11. • Own Project schedule planning. • Own Engineer, validation, both design and NPI team NRE, allocation sample planning and 3rd party lab fee budgetary planning. • Develop/ manage end to end project plans and perform risk and change management and mitigation plan. • Provide hands on program management during EVT, DVT and PVT design phases. • Interface with engineering and business owners for project scope and requirements. • Analyze customer design specifications, requirements and align internal to provide the proposal. • Drive internal teams for hardware, software, Server to Rack level product solutions from concept to mass production. • Ensure on time delivery of customer milestones. • Host meeting with internal and customer to drive and provide the program status. • Occasional Travel is required. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and handle complex, detail-oriented projects effectively. • High proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting, along with competency in MS Office and project management tools. • Profession in Microsoft Project • Patience, highly stress resilience, and exceptional attention to detail, especially when managing intricate tasks. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across cross function teams, particularly with facilitation negotiation skills. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, or business, or marketing, or related areas. • 10+ years of Server or IT program management experience • Server background is a plus
