Full Job Description
Role Scope
  • Drive programs across the production engineering org: fleet tooling rollouts, reliability initiatives, and cross-site standards.
  • Run the cadence between production engineering, data center operations, and software teams so fixes ship fleet-wide instead of site by site.
  • Own escalations from live sites through root cause to closed corrective action.
  • Build the reporting that tells leadership where the fleet actually stands.
What We're Looking For
  • The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
  • You've run technical programs across infrastructure or operations engineering teams.
  • You've taken incidents to root cause and driven the fix across every affected system.
  • You keep a dozen workstreams moving and know which one is about to slip.
  • You're fluent enough technically to challenge an engineer's estimate and be right sometimes.
  • You write the update leadership actually reads.
  • Bonus: Data center or fleet operations. SQL and dashboarding. Incident management systems. Hardware-software interface programs.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
