Key Responsibilities * Manage matrix cross-team (dev, design, product, etc) to lead the product lifecycle releases, milestones and responsible for team communication throughout the project lifecycle
* Partner with Product Management, Product Design and Customer Success teams to bring the product vision to fruition through best project management principles.
* Capable of managing concurrent complex projects and be comfortable to navigate team dynamics and issues without supervision
* Serve as the single point of contact for project status; risks, dependencies and escalations and provide continuous project transparency
* Champion the adoption of agile best practices within Engineering and Product Management.
- Proficient in being a Scrum Master: Sprint planning, grooming, review, demo, closure. Set up and manage Jira dashboards/metrics for sprint development and product releases.
- Work closely with the QA team on test strategy, lead bug triage sessions, coordinate bug fix cycles leading to good quality product delivery.
* Have a solid understanding of technical design, API and software application products that are needed to drive the adjoining team projects
You'll need to have - Minimum BS/BA degree with at least 10 years of experience and a track record in program management.
- Six or more years of program management experience with focus on software development.
- Deep knowledge and field experience in Agile/SAFe and LEAN PPM methodologies.
- Extensive experience with Jira, Confluence, GSuite, Slack, Smartsheet/MS Project, Clarity/any PPM tool, Excel.
