Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience working with security engineering to deploy security control solutions.
- Experience analyzing data sets (e.g. SQL).
Preferred qualifications:- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 5 years of experience in technical program management, managing cross-functional software engineering or infrastructure programs.
- Experience managing complex enterprise security, identity, or privacy programs.
- Familiarity with central security infrastructure.
- Strong ability to influence without authority and communicate complex technical tradeoffs to executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities - Own the execution roadmap for internal security tools, managing timelines, priorities, and engineering resource allocation across the software development life-cycle.
- Ensure technical architectures from the Functional pod are translated accurately and efficiently into software builds by the Operational pod.
- Act as the primary technical liaison with central, managing security reviews, infrastructure dependencies, and compliance launch gates.
- Triage engineering issues, evaluate design tradeoffs, and assess risk surfaces to prevent project bottlenecks.
- Lead specific programmatic domains (e.g., Data and Access Governance or Remediation and Response Operations), ensuring holistic coverage of the gTech risk environment.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
