- Experience with networking and software engineering.
Preferred qualifications:- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in distributed architecture.
- Experience in networking, software architecture, design and development of scalable and reliable systems.
- Experience networking infrastructure, especially in global backbone, cloud provider and service provider networks.
- Knowledge of dataplane, control plane, management plane and Software Defined Networking (SDN).
- Ability to manage without authority and to challenge the status quo when necessary and firm sense of accountability, bias-for-action.

Responsibilities - Establish a high-visibility cadence for portfolio reviews and resource management, driving strategic planning to influence resourcing and stakeholder engagement.
- Execute velocity and program performance through measurable milestones, quantitative analysis, and the delivery of predictable, high-value cross-functional projects.
- Act as a proactive change advocate, leading organizations through critical pivots and process improvements to facilitate scaling and address evolving business trends.
- Partner with engineering teams to define long-term architecture strategies, translate technical findings into actionable plans, and set the development pace for infrastructure.
- Identify and catalyze New Product Introductions (NPIs) from concept to completion, fostering transparent communication and alignment across global, cross-functional teams.
