- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience working with data analytics tools and reporting platforms.
- Experience building, automating, and developing distributed systems from ideation to deployment.
Preferred qualifications:- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in resource management process and tools.
- Experience in data center infrastructure resource planning and cost of resources.
- Experience with Machine Learning infrastructure.

Responsibilities - Lead complex projects by working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional partners. Analyze usage trends and partner with engineers to estimate and acquire resources for feature launches while adhering to financial objectives.
- Act as process owner for internal TPU allocations, working with executive engineering leadership to ensure our TPUs are deployed in alignment with YouTube's key priorities. Triage resource-requests to fund new launches, system migrations, and infrastructure projects while maintaining appropriate supply buffers.
- Become a subject-matter-expert and consultant on technical and financial trade-offs in data-center resource management.
- Partner with YouTube Resource Management engineering to design and build tooling to help scale the planning process.
- Ideate efficiency opportunities to scale resources sublinear to demand growth and efficiency opportunities/ideas to reduce growth.
