About the job

In this role, you will work directly with the core system software engineering team and multiple cross-functional software teams to ensure display and HID (Human Interface Device) areas of the phone are brought up, and productized at power and performance to delight user experiences. You will be directly involved with shaping and driving our multi-year roadmap for phones and custom silicon.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
  • Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholders' needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables.
  • Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage roadmaps for software feature alignment.
  • Drive build integration and manage regressions. Anticipate stability risks and proactively mitigate them.
  • Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals. Build, maintain and enhance business, operational, and management dashboards.
