Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience using AI to prototype and iterate designs for final development.
  • Experience managing the software development lifecycle and shipping technical products.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience working within or with finance domains (e.g., accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, procure-to-pay).
  • Knowledge of data architecture, data warehousing, data governance, and business intelligence principles.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and drive consensus across cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent investigative, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, solution designs, and project roadmaps, considering the key AI/ML capabilities.
  • Lead and manage the lifecycle of technical projects, encompassing discovery, design, prototyping, development, integration, testing, launch, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Build and iterate on prototypes that can serve as the foundational design for development.
  • Connect insights and opportunities across different finance functions and technical initiatives to maximize impact and efficiency.
