- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with embedded software development.
- Experience with charging engineering.
Preferred qualifications:- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with mobile devices and Android software development.
- Ability to take an ambiguous problem, crisply frame the challenge, identify a path forward, and drive an initiative over the finish-line.
- Ability to work effectively with highly technical engineering teams and help them deliver against a backlog.

Responsibilities - Collaborate with software engineers to ensure wired and wireless phone charging capabilities are brought up and productized at power, performance, and thermals.
- Work closely with leads and partners to ensure software and roadmap feature alignment for current and future programs.
- Define and report metrics on system stability, and create dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings.
- Drive build integration and manage regressions. Anticipate stability risks and proactively mitigate them.
- Identify communication gaps, manage issue escalations, and provide support to teams balancing engaged priorities.
