Full Job Description
The Enablement Team

Examples of key problems the team is working on
  • Solve adoption as a human problem, not a tooling problem. The barrier to building with AI is rarely the technology anymore, it's unfamiliar workflows and trust, and the patterns that close that gap are what get people building.
  • Give non-technical builders the same visibility engineers already have. Building software shouldn't require reading code to know whether it's working or where it's stuck, so the frameworks that lower friction and surface progress are what let anyone build.
  • Build the harness that lets a fleet of agents be trusted with real work. An agent that writes code only matters if someone can watch it run, check what it did, score it, and send it back to try again, so the systems that make agentic work observable and evaluated are what turn agents into something the org can actually rely on.
Role Scope
  • Drive adoption of the automation platform across every function: data center delivery, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and operations all run on the tools this org builds, and adoption is what turns shipped software into automated work.
  • Run the rollout, onboarding, and training programs that take a team from first demo to living in the tools, one function at a time.
  • Sit with delivery, procurement, and finance teams to find exactly where adoption sticks, then build the fix yourself, whether that's a frontend surface, a dashboard, or the workflow UI that closes the gap.
  • Measure adoption surface by surface and feed what's not being used back to the product teams as roadmap signal, so production usage decides what ships next.
  • Own the enablement program across dozens of teams at once, from the first pilot function to the whole company running on the platform.
What We're Looking For

The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
  • You've run adoption, rollout, or change programs where real teams changed how they work, and the new workflow stuck after you moved on.
  • You build frontend surfaces yourself (React, TypeScript, or similar) instead of filing a ticket and waiting on an engineering queue.
  • You prototype with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, LLM APIs, MCP) daily and ship what works.
  • You've held credibility with non-technical operators and platform engineers in the same hour, distilling each side's problem into a fix the other side accepts.
  • You sit with the people doing the work, watch where they get stuck, and turn what you see into fixes that ship the same week.
  • You find the unowned problem, take it, and drive it all the way to adopted without anyone assigning you the work.
  • You measure success by usage, not launches, and you treat a shipped feature nobody uses as a miss.
  • Bonus: Internal platform or developer enablement programs. Design systems or UI prototyping. Training or documentation programs at scale. Analytics tooling for adoption measurement.
Salary & Benefits
  • Competitive total compensation package (salary + equity).
  • Retirement or pension plan, in line with local norms.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Generous PTO policy, in line with local norms.

The base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
