In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with senior engineering leaders and multiple collaborative teams across the Data Cloud Portfolio. You will help shape the roadmap and strategy, increase customer adoption with critical features.

Responsibilities - Set the vision and direction for a program by outlining goals and objectives, evaluating and running multiple projects, organizing cross-project work within the program, and defining program controls/governance/standards.
- Drive consistency between Cloud processes and central processes. Bring visibility and strengthen communication across the teams.
- Enable execution across multiple teams and drive delivery across the complete portfolio of Data Cloud products and solutions.
- Engage with engineering directors, product leaders and other Technical Program Manager (TPM) groups, to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), release on time, leverage AI tooling for efficiencies and help the teams you are engaged with in execution.
- Mentor junior team members, act as a role model and advocate the TPM role.
