Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in hardware or software development, including network switch design or network fabric design and deployment.
  • Experience with launching data center products and deployments.
  • Technical judgment and an understanding of large-scale distributed systems.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership throughout the project lifecycle, coupled with sound knowledge of project management principles.
  • Adept at engaging with director-level personnel and executives, with an ability in executive-level communication.
  • Advanced program management skills, with the demonstrated ability to successfully drive and land large and complex programs.

  • Lead highly cross-functional systems programs (hardware and software) from inception to delivery, ensuring predictability, quality, and tangible value for our customers.
  • Navigate ambiguity, adapt to evolving requirements, and manage shifting priorities effectively.
  • Align team members and stakeholders through clear, widespread, and transparent communication.
  • Utilize technical judgment to drive project delivery, lead technology reviews, guide technical proposals, and build consensus across cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to improving Google's on-time delivery of network capacity with high availability and maximum efficiency.


Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
