Full Job Description
Job Description:

This role makes a fast-growing, multi-team data and AI organization deliver predictably. You will be the connective tissue across several product teams - driving the planning, dependencies, and operating rhythm that turn ambitious roadmaps into shipped work. You bring structure without bureaucracy, anticipate problems before they surface, and keep complex, cross-team programs moving toward clear outcomes.

Program Management & Planning
  • Run program management across multiple data and AI product teams: end-to-end planning, milestones, timelines, and performance metrics.
  • Build integrated program plans that align individual team roadmaps to shared objectives.
  • Track program progress and proactively surface where reality is diverging from the plan.

Dependency & Risk Management
  • Map and manage cross-team dependencies so work is sequenced and unblocked ahead of need.
  • Anticipate, track, and mitigate risks across programs, escalating clearly when decisions are required.
  • Keep scope, dependencies, and quality in balance as priorities evolve.

Release Management & Delivery Cadence
  • Drive release management and the operating cadences that keep cross-team delivery on track.
  • Establish and run program routines - planning, status reviews, and retrospectives - that create predictable rhythm.
  • Coordinate launches across teams so dependencies and readiness are aligned.

Product Operations
  • Lead product operations: the tooling, process, and reporting standards that help product managers work consistently across teams.
  • Build the dashboards and reporting that give leadership clear, real-time visibility into delivery.
  • Continuously improve how the product organization plans and executes as it scales.

Cross-Functional Communication & Stakeholder Alignment
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across product, data science, engineering, architecture, and operations.
  • Communicate status, risks, and trade-offs crisply to both working teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive timelines toward resolution by identifying gaps early and rallying the right people.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in technical program or project management, delivering complex software programs.
  • Strong dependency, risk, and release management skills, with experience running agile at scale across multiple teams.
  • The technical fluency to engage credibly with engineering and data science teams.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical, quantitative, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data, machine-learning, or AI platforms is preferred but not required; high-level familiarity is sufficient.
  • Financial services or banking industry experience.
  • PMP, SAFe, or an equivalent program/project management certification.
