Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with strong Salesforce delivery experience to lead enterprise-scale transformation programs. The role will involve managing cross-functional teams, driving stakeholder engagement, and delivering Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing Salesforce implementations and modernization initiatives, along with strong governance, risk management, and executive communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead enterprise-scale transformation programs involving Salesforce-based solutions.
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain alignment across business and technology teams.
• Manage Salesforce implementations and modernization initiatives.
• Oversee program governance, risk management, and delivery activities.
• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to executive stakeholders.
• Support Agile delivery practices and ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Coordinate Salesforce solutions involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations, and data migration.

Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations, and data migration.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations and modernization initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance, and risk management experience.
• Strong executive communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Healthcare Supply Chain.
• Experience with Contact Center or Customer Service Operations.
• Salesforce certifications.
• Exposure to healthcare industry programs and digital transformation initiatives.
