Position Description: We are seeking a results driven Technical Program Manager to lead complex technology initiatives across software development, systems integration, and enterprise platforms. This role requires experience managing technical projects, partnering with engineering and business teams, documenting business and technical requirements, and driving execution across multiple workstreams.
Your future duties and responsibilities: The ideal candidate will oversee end to end delivery of strategic initiatives while ensuring alignment between technical teams, business stakeholders, and program objectives.
This position demands comfort operating in a highly ambiguous, fast paced environment with minimal direction. The Technical Program Manager will be expected to proactively define scope, establish structure, create actionable plans, and drive resolution of issues and blockers. Success in this role requires strong problem solving skills, exceptional organizational and administrative abilities, and a proven track record of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is highly responsive, detail oriented, and skilled at tracking, documenting, and communicating project progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions across cross functional teams.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Experience with Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, requirements gathering and documentation, program governance, issue/risk management, and project management tools is highly valued. Experience supporting telecom, infrastructure, or finance related technology initiatives is beneficial but not required.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $113,400.00 $198,400.00.
