Job Title: Technical Program Manager

About the Role

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, program operations, partner operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience supporting software products, engineering organizations, and software release lifecycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical workstreams, stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams and external technology partners.
  • Strong understanding of program governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and release readiness.
  • Strong working knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps, Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise executive-level summaries from complex technical information.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new business processes, technologies, and technical environments.
  • Experience delivering technology or business application solutions within large-scale, multi-platform environments.


Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with hardware vendors, silicon partners, or broader platform ecosystems.
  • Experience partnering with organizations such as AMD, Intel, NVIDIA, Qualcomm, or similar technology companies.
  • Familiarity with AI models, AI-enabled software, or AI developer experiences.
  • Experience supporting a developer platform, SDK, API, or developer tooling offering.
  • Familiarity with certification, validation, quality, or release-readiness programs.
  • Previous experience supporting co-engineering engagements between software and hardware organizations.


Location: Remote

Salary Range:The salary for this position is between $125K-$135K USD annually. Pay within this range may vary based on geography, experience, skills, and applicable qualifications.
