Position Summary

Lead complex internal software delivery programs while providing financial insights that support executive decision-making. Translate delivery and financial data into clear narratives, identify risks and trends, and recommend cost-saving opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional software programs from planning through implementation.

  • Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and delivery health.

  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Finance, PMO, and business leaders.

  • Analyze budgets, forecasts, Opex/Capex, labor, vendor, software, and infrastructure spend.

  • Build executive-ready reporting that connects financial performance to business and delivery outcomes.

  • Identify and recommend savings through vendor optimization, resource alignment, demand prioritization, and operational efficiencies.

  • Develop business cases, scenario analyses, forecasts, and performance dashboards.

  • Improve portfolio governance, financial controls, and planning processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of technical program, portfolio, or technology delivery experience.

  • Proven success leading enterprise software delivery programs.

  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization.

  • Ability to convert complex data into concise executive-level stories and recommendations.

  • Advanced Excel and presentation skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred.

  • Strong communication, influence, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree.

  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or Scrum certification.

  • Experience with technology financial management, workforce planning and/or vendor management
