Key Responsibilities- MVP Scoping & Definition: Take high-level, ambiguous business concepts and ruthlessly prioritize them into a lean, actionable Minimum Viable Product (MVP) specification.
- Backlog Architecture & Execution: Build the product backlog from scratch. Write crystal-clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and run efficient sprint cycles to keep engineering moving fast.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Serve as the central hub connecting Engineering, Design, and Leadership. Ensure the design team isn't over-engineering UI and the development team is building the right core architecture.
- 0-to-1 Risk Management: Identify technical, design, and market risks early. Pivot fast when technical blockers arise without losing sight of the launch deadline.
- Go-To-Market Ready: Partner with marketing and operations to prepare the product for its first wave of real users, establishing the initial analytics and feedback loops.
